A new coastal village is coming
to Southwest Florida

Introducing Saltleaf

A new confluence of home and town. One part relaxed, one part refined. Welcome to Saltleaf on Estero Bay, and the exciting opportunities on our horizon.

Saltleaf lies on nearly a mile of one of Florida’s last great stretches of waterfront, and next to our state’s very first aquatic preserve. A hidden gem of centuries-old mangrove forests. Thriving oyster beds, tarpon and manatees. Endlessly people-curious dolphins. And soon, a village designed to live in rare harmony with it all. Where shady trails invite everybody to walk to dinner, the marina, or within the quiet beauty of our nature preserve. And maybe a pop-up concert and mixology class, too. Because at Saltleaf on Estero Bay, everyday life feels vibrant and healthy. Inspiring deeper connections between people and the sea, wild spaces — and each other.

Water + Wonder

Walk to the marina, the border of our village. Then, boat to a picnic on Sanibel or Captiva Islands or a café in Naples. Or not. Because besides Saltleaf’s own mix of great food, high-energy fun (and championship golf, of course), you’ll find plenty of ways to spend a day in Bonita Springs, thanks to this friendly town’s sugar-white sand beaches, boutiques, galleries and restaurants. Getting here is easy, with an international airport only 20 minutes away.

Home inspired
by the bay

Cascading lines bring a rare, modern elegance to Saltleaf’s luxury residential towers. All residences come with views of the sunsets over Estero Bay. And a casual-meets-refined spirit, too. Exceptional service frees up your time for more important things, like relaxing at the pool, restaurants or wellness retreat. Better yet, in one of the lagoon’s private cabanas. Starting in the $2 millions.

A hub of a club

This is no ordinary clubhouse. (And to your family we say, you’re welcome.) At the heart of our village, an innovative, public gathering place will share good things to eat, drink, play and learn. This expanded hub will replace the clubhouse of Raptor Bay Golf Club, which will become the Saltleaf Golf Preserve. Guided by Raymond Floyd Design, we’re completely reimagining this championship course too, adding even more natural beauty and fun playability — including a family-friendly short course.

Hello,
new marina

Grab your paddleboard, kayak or sport boat. Estero Bay’s historic fish camp is finding new life as a true destination. With boat slips for both Saltleaf residents and the public, this new marina invites everyone to come take a day trip to a nearby island, reel in a hefty red grouper out on the Gulf, or just sit back and relax on a sunset cruise. The marina’s chef-driven restaurant provides yet another option: terrace dining with a side of crisp salt air.

Nature’s hold
on Estero Bay

Venture into the pristine waters of our estuary-next-door and you’ll see why it’s considered one of Florida’s healthiest. From circling egrets to the redfish they hunt to the thickets of mangrove where they hide, nature is still firmly in charge. The name Saltleaf honors the bay’s mangroves — ancient, fiercely protected trees that filter the estuary’s water, releasing salt onto their leaves in tiny, glistening crystals. Mangroves clean the air, protect our coast, and hold centuries of indigenous history. We’re honored to call Estero Bay home and thoughtfully support its continuing protection.
