This is no ordinary clubhouse. (And to your family we say, you’re welcome.) At the heart of our village, an innovative, public gathering place will share good things to eat, drink, play and learn. This expanded hub will replace the clubhouse of Raptor Bay Golf Club, which will become the Saltleaf Golf Preserve. Guided by Raymond Floyd Design, we’re completely reimagining this championship course too, adding even more natural beauty and fun playability — including a family-friendly short course.

Construction Begins Fall 2022

Grab your paddleboard, kayak or sport boat. Estero Bay’s historic fish camp is finding new life as a true destination. With boat slips for both Saltleaf residents and the public, this new marina invites everyone to come take a day trip to a nearby island, reel in a hefty red grouper out on the Gulf, or just sit back and relax on a sunset cruise. The marina’s chef-driven restaurant provides yet another option: terrace dining with a side of crisp salt air.

on Estero Bay

Venture into the pristine waters of our estuary-next-door and you’ll see why it’s considered one of Florida’s healthiest. From circling egrets to the redfish they hunt to the thickets of mangrove where they hide, nature is still firmly in charge. The name Saltleaf honors the bay’s mangroves — ancient, fiercely protected trees that filter the estuary’s water, releasing salt onto their leaves in tiny, glistening crystals. Mangroves clean the air, protect our coast, and hold centuries of indigenous history. We’re honored to call Estero Bay home and thoughtfully support its continuing protection.
